*In contrast to "Yoga" which focuses on poses, or asanas, Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided meditation. As you sit or lie in comfort, you will be guided through an exploration of the layers of being - physical, energetic, emotional, mental, joy, and awareness. This modern-day secular adaptation of the ancient yogic practice is a beautiful complement to the Buddhist-inspired practices/teachings I also offer. For the richest experience, I ask that you commit to attending all 6 sessions. An accompanying workbook will be provided.
